Paleo "Mayo"
Paleo "Mayo"
1 egg
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon stone ground mustard
1/2 cup light olive oil
1/2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
I simply stirred the ingredients together in a mason jar until the texture of "mayo" was reached.
